Very friendly and efficient. Made me feel relaxed. Did have a problem inserting canula in back of hand but that is a recurring problem for me anyway. He quickly sorted it by using inside of elbow.
No bruising afterwards either.

Dr Marshall was totally professional and could put any patient at ease. My procedure was not particularly serious but enough to give you butterflies! Great chat and inspired total confidence. Totally amazed that I could go to sleep at 2.15 and wake up half an hour later feeling great. Great cocktail with no after effects whatsoever. Thankyou.
